The course aims to let students know and understand the basic concepts of the administration of a business, the characteristics of management processes and management functions. Furthermore, students will be able to apply knowledge and to draw original conclusions (critical thinking), by using management tools and techniques and by making judgments about the cost-effectiveness of management. Finally, the course aims at enhancing learning ability as well as time management capacity, with the analysis of real situations and case studies. |

To evaluate learning outcomes theory tests will consist of both short open-answer and multiple-choice questions.
