Περιγραφή μαθήματος

The course explores the main themes of social and group psychology applied to the web: from the construction of subjectivity in online interactions to socialization, passing through the dynamics and processes that characterize virtual groups, such as conflict and its management, social inclusion and participation. It also presents the main communication models and analyzes the role of trust as a cognitive mediator of social action in virtual networks. From a methodological point of view, the course favors the acquisition of tools for the analysis of interactions in network environments, while from an application point of view it presents the possibilities of the Web in different contexts, such as business and social healthcare environments.
