The course covers the discipline of the companies under Italian law, with appropriate comparisons with Community law, through the analysis of the rules on the business and corporate phenomenon. |

The student should have acquired the methods of studying law and, in particular, the private law and the basic rules of economics. |

The course aims to study the discipline of enterprises, starting from the basics of matter and then illustrate the company. |

The course of the video lessons is divided into two parts: the enterprise; the societies. |

The fundamental basis for the study of matter is the Civil Code as complementary laws, in a revised text. For the exam must study the text of G. F. CAMPOBASSO, commercial law Handbook, latest edition by M. Campobasso, Utet, Torino (excluding Part Three: Contracts). |
