The teaching of constitutional law focuses on general knowledge and basic concepts of the public law. |
The formative aim is to give students basic knowledge of Italian public law, by the study of sources of law and constitutional bodies. The program covers the entire Constitutional Law by the study of its basic institutes starting from constitutional sources. There will be explained the reforms that changed Italian constitution, with particular attention to the Reform of Title V, Part II, in 1999 and 2001. |
