On Monday, 19 December, from 3.00 p.m., in the Sala Zuccari at the Senate of the Republic, on the occasion of the institutional debate on the perspectives of regulatory and applicative evolution of criminal liability of collective bodies, a proposal for the reform of Legislative Decree 231/2001 will be presented, for the provision of a certification system for organizational models.
The proceedings will begin with an institutional greeting by the Rector of the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO, Maria Amata Garito, and by the President of the Rome Bar Association, Antonio Galletti. This will be followed by the speech of the Vice-President of the Senate, Hon. Maurizio Gasparri, after which Prof. Silvia Massi, moderator of the Conference and Associate Professor of Criminal Law at the UNINETTUNO University, will illustrate the contents of the proposal.
The proceedings will continue with the speeches of magistrates and leading experts in the doctrine, who will debate the main issues that have arisen twenty years after the entry into force of the discipline, in order to provide a contribution to the legislator with a view to reform. Only accredited persons will be allowed access to the hall. The proceedings will be streamed live on the Senate's WebTV from 3.15 p.m.
