The course supplies the conceptual and operational tools to:
acquire the fundamental logics of the organisation functioning and the relations among the people
Acquire the knowledges to develop the personal skills indispensables on the job market |

The planning of the macro structure
- How to gather the activities in organisational units
- How to coordinate the organisational units
- How to choose the criteria of specialisation. The forms of organisations ( basic, functional, divisional and the matrix)
- The integrative organs
- The management and the government of the organisation
- The forms of organisation among the firms

- The structure of the activities and of the job’s relations
- Tools to project roles and processes
- Management for processes
- Personal motivations and work contents
- Individual competences and organisational competences
