Il corso descrive gli aspetti fondamentali dei metodi e delle tecnologie per la gestione delle informazioni e delle attività nelle organizzazioni nella generazione tecnologica 2.0.

أهداف المادة
Il corso intende presentare gli aspetti metodologici e tecnologici per l’organizzazione e il coordinamento dell’attività collaborativa in un’organizzazione, nonchè fornire gli strumenti concettuali e pratici per la progettazione di sistemi per la gestione di informazione, documentazione, conoscenza e per l’ automazione di tali attività.
