The course examines the tools for the analysis of the economic and financial equilibrium of the company through the financial statements. The course then develop the tools of financial statement analysis using ratios and cash flow from a theoretical and operational point of view. |
At the end of the course, the students will be able to understand the economic and financial dynamics underlying the functioning of the companies and to analyze the "state of health" of a company on the basis of financial statement analysis |
The course covers the following topics:
• the structure of the financial statements and its reclassification;
• the cash flow statement;
• the analysis of the profitability of the company;
• the analysis for flows and indices;
• the financial analysis of the company through indexes, margins and cash flows;
• the consolidated financial statements of the business groups. |
