The course aims to make the student acquire knowledge of basic and advanced concepts regarding technological innovation, corporate technological innovation, the development of strategies aimed at identifying the best solutions and their implementation |
The course consists of 15 video lessons and it aims, in a first phase, to describe and define the fundamentals of the dynamics of technological innovation; it then follows with the presentation of the process of development of a technological innovation strategy, showing the evaluation criteria of the projects, the collaboration strategies and the mechanisms of protection of intellectual property rights; finally, it explores the impact of technological innovation on the organizational structures of companies and examines the management tools of the new product development process
