The course analyses the strategies, policies and instruments necessary to foster innovation in companies’ management. In particular, the videolessons focus on the description of the main business model related to innovation such as start-up in dynamic sectors, networks, and clusters. The course provides students with the main instruments to set successful growth strategies in local and international scenario. |
The course offers the understanding of the main drivers that foster innovation froma a managerial perspective, improving the students’ skills in defining brand new and innovative business model or to foster competitiveness of active companies worldwide. |
The course is developed in 2 main parts. In the first one, students will learn the basic tools and strategies to foster innovation in a company. In the second one, some models are described in order to allow students learning how to manage and make innovative a company in a more and more competitive global scenario. |
