COOPERATION BETWEEN UNIVERSITIES AND BUSINESSES
IN THE EUROPEAN CONTEXT:
VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION FOR BUSINESS START-UPS, THE NEW FRONTIERS OF ENTERPRISES INCUBATORS

ROME HOSTS THE MEETING OF THE EUROPEAN UNIVERSITIES WORKING IN THE EUROPEAN PROJECT
CBVI - Cross Border Virtual Incubator

 

On Tuesday, the 29th January 2013, at 10 o’clock, in the Conference Hall of the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO, in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, 39 there will be the Conference of presentation of the European Project CBVI - Cross Border Virtual Incubator that sees the participation of representatives of the European distance teaching universities recognised by the EADTU – European Association of Distance Teaching Universities. The International Telematic University UNINETTUNO and its European Partners present the project results and the new approaches to continuing vocational training for transnational, flexible, open and “social” enterprises.

CBVI - CROSS-BORDER VIRTUAL INCUBATOR is a project funded by the European Union in the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme meant to promote entrepreneurship and incubation processes and the exchange of knowledge aimed at the economic development of the European regions involved. The specific objective of CBVI - CROSS-BORDER VIRTUAL INCUBATOR is promote training related entrepreneurship issues in virtual environments. The technological platform, which represents the main focus of this ambitious project, is Italian and was realised further to a request from the other European Partners, by the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO, given the reliability and the scientific value of the distance teaching and learning model developed during over 20 years of research work by Professor Maria Amata Garito, Rector of the University, and by her team.

Representatives of industry and commerce associations, business schools and business incubators of area of Rome and Latium were invited to this meeting.
The meeting will gather, on the spot and by videoconferencing, representatives of the European Universities and Enterprises that cooperated in the project implementation, as shown in the following list:
