UNINETTUNO presents a Digital Talk on the book "Il Diritto del Metaverso NFT, DeFI, GameFi e Privacy"

On Tuesday, Dec. 6 at 3 p.m., the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO will present a Digital Talk devoted to the presentation of the book "Il Diritto del Metaverso NFT, DeFI, GameFi e Privacy (The Law of the NFT Metaverse, DeFI, GameFi and Privacy)," Giappichelli Publishing House, written by Fulvio Sarzana di S. Ippolito, Ivan Osvaldo Epicoco and Marco Pierro.

A new world whose rules are all to be written. This is the Metaverse, the interactive and immersive reality of the near future. And, this is the topic that will be addressed on Tuesday by the Digital Talk of the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO.

During the talk we will learn about the legal implications of the Metaverse, cryptocurrencies, and the role of exchanges, also in light of news stories occurred in recent months. Participants will learn what NFTs- non-fungible tokens-are and their relationship to the art world. Finally, the ethical limits that this new world poses will be explored, and an attempt will be made to answer questions about fundamental rights and its violations that are already appearing in the use of emerging technologies.

After opening remarks by Prof. Maria Amata Garito, Rector of UNINETTUNO, Prof. Fulvio Sarzana, Professor of Blockchain Law, will present the book. Attending the meeting as speakers will be Pieremilio Sammarco, Professor of Comparative Law at the University of Bergamo, Fernanda Faini, Professor of Law and New Technologies at UNINETTUNO University, Sabina Bulgarelli, Professor of Media and Personal Data Law at UNINETTUNO University and Massimo Canducci, Chief Innovation Officer of Engineering Group.

The Digital Talk, as always, will be streamed live on the UNINETTUNO Facebook page and on the University's portal.
