Autocertificazioni
Pursuant to article of the Law n° 183/2011, Public Administrations and Public Services Suppliers cannot request nor accept form privates certificates issued by other public boards.
As regards the relationships with boards of the Public Administration and with Public Services Suppliers are always replaced by self-certifications that these Public Administrations and Public Services Suppliers must accept, under penalty of contravention of office duties.
It is important to remind that the concerned person is personally responsible for what he states and that the Administration may perform appropriate checks and take the needed provisions. It is recommended, above all at international level, to check that the self-certification can be accepted in replacement of the stamped certificates issued by the University.
To sum up:

Only stamped certificates, bearing the indication: " The present certificate shall not be submitted to public administration bodies or private services suppliers" can be requested.

It is possible to make self-certifications concerning one’s own study path to be submitted to Public Boards of Public Services Supplies (such as other Universities).
